Agra Fort, Taj Mahal, Baby Taj

Full on tourist day, really well organized by Pradeep and Geetu.

On the way to Agra stopped at an agriculture based little village, it was like being an alien visitor

to your own planet.

From there it was a long ride to Agra, the entire way there and back I was reading and scoring 49 Fulbright Applications from amazing students who want to visit India and many of them will. Next Wednesday I’ll be on the committee that selects so I had this homework to complete. Yes, 49 of them, each one a student poured their heart into and are worthy, it was hard to judge.

After Taj Mahal we had lunch at a nice homestay and I tried clumsily to make Indian bread.

Yes I ate a chili!

After lunch it was the spellbinding Agra Fort with it’s guardian monkeys and awesome architecture.

Lots of stories go with these pictures someday…
