Learning to fly as an Eagle

Another dream of mankind is to imitate the grace of birds who have learned how to travel in the atmosphere.  It looks like so much fun to us until we think about long migrations and competition for nest space and the competitive reality of the environment that shapes natural selection.

I couldn’t wait for this game to be released, and this video will give a little taste of the fun and exhilaration you can feel flying over Paris. After this video is a landlocked observation of the human history of flight, a great example of how you can package learning experiences in a way that would totally engage students.
